Revitalization of the Brodowski Pond and its surroundings that include: revitalization of the pond itself, modernization of the viewpoints, building alleys, new lighting system, senior corner, playground, gym, greenery, recreational areas and a dog run. The justification for the project emphasizes revitalization of the area, improving its functionality and usefulness as well as aesthetics while preserving the terrain and raising the importance of the pond as a public space of a city of particular aesthetic values. Modernization of the Brodowski Pond and surroundings. The revitalization of the area, improving its functionality and aesthetics, creating a public space of a city of particular aesthetic values. (1)(2)
Implementation activities
The revitalization of the pond, modernization of the viewpoints, building alleys, new lightning system, senior corner, playground, outdoor gym, greenery, recreational areas, bicycle path and a dog run. They are all in a residential area with no other green infrastructure, but with a significant number of senior citizens, families with children (beneficiaries of the kindergarten near the pond and fishermen. The CCTV system is a significant element of investment (1)(2).
